A.I.M.
Aggregate. Integrate. Modulate.
As the costs of decline in human health and wellbeing are rising, the return on investment of mitigating them, to an extent, speak for themselves.
Organisations depend on human capital - their people - to create value. The health and wellbeing of those people is the true foundational resource - health capital - without which human capital cannot be sustained.

A.I.M. is a framework to hold the concept of optimising resources. To focus upstream on optimising the whole-health and wellbeing of people, including the relationships between them and the conditions around them, for the benefit of all stakeholders.
The word modulance is used in founder Dr Jennifer Walmsley's book; The Silo Epidemic: From Fragmentation to Human Flourishing to refer to "a modulated, modular, and adaptable approach to organising human systems for the purpose of whole-person health and human flourishing.
A.I.M. is a framework for considering modulance in practice.
